Something to add. We use cervibroom if not pregnant, post menupausal and had procedure done on cervix and if you dont see the transition zone. Rotate it 5 times but in above mentioned conditions use spatula to take sample from ectocervix rotate once and brush for endocervix rotate 1/4 to 1/2 times.

I am in my mid 40s and I have probably been catheterized over 100 times since I was a teenager and after the first time it's no big deal. The first time I experienced a catheter I was 13 years old and I had major orthopedic surgery for a shattered pelvis and I wasn't told anything in advance. I remember waking up in the recovery room feeling like crap and I just wanted to sleep and the next morning I woke up and and had morning wood and noticed a pulling felling coming from down there so I felt around down there and I felt something strange so I lifted the blanket and looked down and I discovered a yellow rubber tube coming out of my body down there and my first response was to hit the call button and I remember being embarrased when I asked the nurse about it and I asked how far it was up inside of me and the nurse just said all the way and she held her hand up spaced apart as an example of the length and I think I asked if I would have it forever. It was removed a few days later and it was painless but I couldn't urinate and after a few hours they decided to put another one and I was awake that time and I had a really nice and gentle male nurse insert that one and that was my first time having one while awake. It was weird having a man standing over me holding my penis with one hand and holding the catheter in his other hand and the moment I saw the tip of the catheter about to enter me I closed my eyes and the nurse used light constant pressure inserting it very slowly and it felt like it took 5 minutes to get it in. I didn't have any pain or discomfort whatsoever. Once you have had your first one all the subsequent ones are no big deal and just part of receiving medical treatment. Around 10 years ago my wife was in nursing school and she was so freaked out about catheterizations, she had practiced on a simulated male anatomy like what is used in this video and felt it wouldn't be anything like that when it came time to do it on a live male patient so I told her to get all the proper supplies and she could practice on me and I could give her valuable feedback since I had been previously catheterized so many times. My wife practiced catheterizing me probably half a dozen times which gave her the confidence when it came time to catheterize an actual patient. My wife told a few of her fellow nursing students how I let her practice on me and they all wished their husbands would volunteer their anatomy for practice. Nursing schools should find people to volunteer to be patients no future nurses can gain experience on live humans in a controlled enviroment.

Speaking with personal experience with stage 3 Colon Cancer, most of the time colon cancer is what you eat. Grease, burgers, fried chicken, unhealthy dairy products and other foods that don't have nutritional value. cancer hates Alkaline & Oxygen. give your good cells the power it needs to fight the cancer by starving the cancer cells. Cancer cells consumes 15x the amount of sugar than any of the healthy cells in your body. Stop eating Meat, and Processed sugar and you will see results. change your lifestyle and your food intake to help your good cells fight. God Gave us every plant, herb, nut, seed and fruit to heal you on this earth and when you choose to intake man made food items over nature we suffer. Watery Fruits, Green leafy Vegies , clean water, herbs and low stress environments will dramatically increase your survival rate and potential to beat this illness. I survived because I listen to my body and I'm sharing my results in faith that someone can use this knowledge to live better and heal. Chemo kills good cells and bad cells so please look at nature before you decide to move forward with you treatment. Ring the bell before its to late. God bless you all.
